Fees include VAT at the current rate of 20 %. Fees fall due on completion of the notarised deed. No fee is charged if the sale does not complete.
Every listing states whether fees are payable by the seller or the buyer. Where the buyer pays, the displayed price includes fees and the net seller price is shown as well.
Prices exclude notary costs, registration duties, taxes and guarantee fees, all payable by the buyer.
